I'm often asked for portfolio advice,
especially on individual stocks or mutual funds. I would never give specific
advice to someone unless I had spent significant time
understanding all aspects of their personal situation, goals,
and perspective on risk.
However, I am happy to share my opinions and perspectives on investments as they relate
to my own portfolio. This information may give you new
ideas to consider and explore.

A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about my investment
philosophies and advice
As shown above, my overall asset allocation is heavily weighted
in equities (stocks). The breakouts of each type of stock,
bond, commodities, etc., are available below. I'm heavily
invested in equities due to my investment time horizon (more than 20
years), risk profile (moderately aggressive), and belief that
equities provide greater returns than almost any other asset class
over reasonably long timeframes. However, the other asset
types making up the remaining 25% of my portfolio are also very
important. You can learn more about my asset allocation
strategies in my Financial FAQs section below.
